He also works with couples who want to overcome barriers that keep them from fully enjoying each other.
Courtney primarily works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and women’s issues. She enjoys working with people struggling with issues of purpose, meaning, and identity, and sees clients as the experts of their own lives.
Brian works with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and addiction. He has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, working with people from diverse walks of life. His approach is guided by patience, curiosity, and compassion.
Lily supports individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She can help you realign with your true self and thrive.
Adam works with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, identity formation, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. He also has a particular specialty and interest in working with artists.
Kathy works with individuals and couples to navigate life transitions, cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and explore issues around faith and spirituality. She specializes in working with people living with chronic health conditions and parents coping with a child’s diagnosis of a developmental difference. Kathy loves helping clients increase self awareness and make meaning in their life.
Tucker works with individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, difficult life transitions, and chronic illnesses. His approach is gentle, curious, and non-judgmental while empowering his clients to create a purposeful and fulfilling life.
Mark helps couples and individuals communicate effectively and become better connected to themselves and their romantic partner(s). Emily works with adult and adolescent individuals experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, life transitions, self-worth, boundary-setting, and those undergoing relationship issues and attachment trauma. Her practice is rooted in a person-centered approach, informed by polyvagal theory, somatic techniques, and DBT tools.
Stephanie provides counseling to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and orientations. She works with people experiencing depression, anxiety, career transitions, and problems related to trauma and complex trauma.

Tychelle works with individuals and couples who are looking to explore who they are and how they can make sense of the world around them more clearly. Folks who may be experiencing anxiety and depression, or even trying to figure out if that is what they should call it. In my work with couples I look to support and facilitate health communication and individual and collective understanding.

Dan works with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and ambiguity or apathy in decision-making or roadblocks in intimacy. He has a particular interest in grief and loss, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and men’s issues and masculinity.
Mohamed works with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, loss of religion/culture, loss of a relationship, yearning for meaning and purpose, and feelings of being stuck or unfulfilled. As a meaning-based therapist, he will emphasize your agency and empowerment, helping you utilize your strengths to align your life with your values.
Amisha works with individuals, couples, families and adolescents to address life's challenges. She specializes in relational issues, self-esteem, and has a passion for working with women of color. She also works with those struggling with anxiety, depression and issues arising from divorce and other relational challenges.
Amanda believes that everyone is on their own journey, and that we are meant to learn and change along the way. She helps her clients better understand their own feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Amanda works with people coping with depression, anxiety, disordered eating or eating disorders, and body image concerns. She also loves helping clients with identity work, attachment styles, and reparenting. Amanda prefers to meet with clients in person, as she finds it creates the biggest positive impact, though she is available for telehealth sessions on a limited basis.
Aaron Kapin is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and is passionate about using his training to help people lower their anxiety levels, improve their boundaries, and increase their enjoyment of life. Somatic Experiencing helps people step into their strength through a series of gentle, incremental nervous system exercises.
Kayla works with individuals living with past and present trauma, who often experience the most profound impact of this trauma in anxiety, depression, grief, and isolation. She works particularly well with people in helping professions or in caretaking roles in their relationships. She is also passionate about working with men who experience issues related to their own masculinity and whose relationships are thwarted by the expectations of the roles set out for them.
Emily has experience serving kids, teens, and adults through grief and loss, trauma, and major life transitions, including menopause, empty-nesting, and career changes. She particularly enjoys supporting people who might identify as “late bloomers” and are exploring the deeper life questions about purpose, meaning, and choice. Emily is warm, compassionate, and collaborative and helps her clients move toward greater self-awareness, insight about how the past impacts the present, and living with more authentic expression.
Zoe is passionate about helping her clients re-discover their zest for life and develop the confidence to change and grow. She works with adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and symptoms of trauma/PTSD. She also offers parent coaching to families who have children with severe mental health struggles.
Sadie supports adults and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, aging, chronic pain, and women’s issues. She helps people orient towards their body’s innate wisdom and find more connection, bridging the gap between the body and the mind.
Kate works with people experiencing life transitions, loneliness and relationship issues, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, and folks navigating queer identities. Her intent is to help foster more awareness, authenticity, fluidity, and connection in the areas of your life where you may currently be feeling stuck or disconnected.
Sophia works with individuals, couples, children, and teens who experience anxiety, depression, and harmful self-limiting beliefs, with a focus on relational roadblocks. She is particularly passionate about women’s issues, and supporting teens who come from families with issues related to substance abuse or severe mental health.
Erin specializes in working with people who feel stuck in negative beliefs about themselves, live with high levels of shame, or have experienced abuse. Erin believes that whatever suffering you experience is valid, and there is no expiration date to start the healing process.
Shannon supports individuals in cultivating deeper, more fulfilling connections with themselves, their bodies, and their communities. She specializes in supporting individuals who are impacted by eating disorders, trauma/dissociation, impacts of oppression, and difficult relational issues.
